Joe “Innocent Joe” Kopicki, entertained audiences in and around his hometown of Scranton Pennsylvania for many years. He performed as solo artist, band member and fronted his own bands. (The Fat Cats, Mojo, The Joe Kopicki Band). Mastering ones craft takes time and determination. Over decades Joe honed his skills on stages both large and small. Whether its a private party, wedding, corporate event, roadhouse, restaurant or music festival. He has been there and done that!
After relocating to Mesa Arizona, Joe established himself in the Arizona music scene by winning the Arizona Blues Showdown held by the Phoenix Blues Society. He then proudly represented Phoenix in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee. He now splits his time between the East and West coasts and is always happy to find a new audience along the way!
Sporting a deep and diverse repertoire, Joe can tailor a show for any audience. His first love is the blues, and he is known for being a blues performer with a soulful voice and authentic blues guitar chops. It may be an interpretation of a blues standard or an original tune, but one thing for sure, It will be delivered from the heart! Influences of Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, Country and Classic Rock can be heard in his musical style.
